Working Distinctions

There are three important caveats to keep in mind as we explore the Personal Brand Dimensions Model.

First, perception is reality. The credit you receive for your brand's roles, standards, and style will be given by someone else. You will determine and decide what you want your brand dimensions to be. But that doesn't settle the issue. Only actions count. What the other person in the relationship perceives determines the success or failure of your efforts.
