Give Your Customers Your Undivided Attention

One aspect of courtesy that seems to be getting lost in today’s world is giving others our undivided attention when communicating with them. People these days are distracted by a seemingly endless assault of rings, chimes, and beeps. Mobile phones, tablets, and the Internet are all combining to rewire our brains and to change how we interact with each other.
