Rise Above, Don’t Stoop Down
It happens to everyone. Eventually, you will work with a jerk, you will work with a slacker, and you will work with a liar. Sometimes all three of these will be the same person. Working with lousy teammates is one of the biggest discouragements to being a great teammate. These coworkers—let’s not call them teammates—suck the energy out of teams and make life unpleasant on the service floor. They don’t know what it’s like to be part of a team; it’s all about them.
