My job takes me out and about.

A few years ago, I began observing people and asking some questions, such as:

  • Who is happy?
  • And, equally pertinent, how do I know they're happy?
  • And, even more pertinent, what can I learn from them that I can apply to my own life, so I can be happy too?

I wandered through my train. The people in the 1st class carriage had comfy seats and somewhere to plug their laptops in, but they didn't look any happier than my lot in pleb class.
