Reward and Recruit Your Host

TURN YOUR ATTENTION BACK to your host when you have spent time with each guest. Congratulate her on a great party, total her sales and bookings, and help her finalize her host rewards. Remember to check her “Host Challenge” card (see Figure 1 on page 163) and reward her for completing all squares or any line.

Be excited about what she has earned. Happy hosts book more parties, invite more guests, give you referrals … and become consultants.

If your host has just missed a reward level, offer to leave her party open for twenty-four hours so she can top up her sales or bookings. Leaving it open longer than that will encourage procrastination. A little urgency will keep your host motivated, and the more parties ...
