As directed running order

Running orders for magazine shows break up into the separate segments, or sequences. The basic information that everyone wants to strip out of a running order like this is who is involved, where and when?

Timing

Magazine shows and non-scripted items are notorious for running over time. Most things take longer than we expect, and it is important that the PA keeps a firm grip on the programme timing throughout the show.

This running order shows both the expected duration of the item, and the time it should start. If the programme is running over an item will start late, and the PA can calculate how much time needs to be lost by subtracting the planned item time from the actual time.
