Author’s Acknowledgments

Writing this second edition of Basic Math & Pre-Algebra Workbook For Dummies was a great experience, thanks to the support and guidance of my acquisitions editor, Lindsay Lefevere; project editor and copy editor, Elizabeth Kuball; and technical editor, Mike McAsey. And as always, thanks to my assistant, Chris Mark, for all his help on this project.

Thanks again to the great folks at Borderlands Café, on Valencia Street in San Francisco, for creating a quiet and friendly place to work.
