The information contained in this book is almost entirely derived from interviews carried out with people involved in the events – many of which were conducted on a not-for-attribution basis – as well as corporate and legal documents, both publicly available and obtained by the author. All quotes used are from interviews conducted while researching this book, unless an alternative source is explicitly noted. Other sources of information and further reading can be found in the bibliography.
