Henry Ford once said "Coming together is the beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success". If you have some experience with UX projects that includes working with a team of UX designers, you can appreciate the challenge of "staying together", or in modern terms, "staying in sync". This has been, and continues to be, an acute pain point for UX teams.
