Browse to the AWS cost calculator https://calculator.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html. US-East is the default region selected. Choose a different region if you wish to. Choose Amazon VPC from the left side menu option:

Add the desired components, such as VPC, that you need to choose by clicking on +. If you want to delete a row, choose -. For the Usage field, you can choose the utilization % or hours or define it in terms of days or weeks or months. For each VPC, you can choose zero or more VPN connections.
