84. Turn Chronic Complaining into Contentment

Do you know anyone who is a chronic complainer? Of course you do. It might be a disgruntled coworker or a coworker who tells you about every personal problem. It might be a customer who tests your patience repeatedly. You try to be nice, to listen and accommodate the chronic complainer, but it is starting to bring you down. People generally do not complain constantly. Something specific may have happened to cause this behavior. Constant complaining may be caused by unhappiness over a particular situation, a feeling of being treated unfairly by another person, or a feeling of not having any control over a situation. By talking it over, you can work to resolve the conflict.
