55. Foster a Supportive Environment

First, think of your coworkers as a united team. Then, create a work environment that supports all members of your team. When you are supportive of your coworkers, they are more apt to be supportive of you. Behaviors rub off: good or bad. Adopt positive and constructive behaviors. When you do, your coworkers are likely to adopt them too.
