24. Ask Good Questions

We ask questions for a variety of reasons. At work, we mainly ask questions to gain a better understanding of a situation. Questions make up a large part of business communication. Learning to ask better and more focused questions enhances your communication skills, whether you are engaged in a business conversation or a conversation with your friends at a social gathering.
