Autonomic Computing with Open Source

The prospect of future autonomic software products is intriguing. But is fits well into the open source model. To be successful, it must have the basic open source infrastructure as a foundation of tools, open standards, and support. Those with the interest and expertise in autonomic computing can share their knowledge with each other and the community freely and efficiently. It will also accelerate the development of products.
