Now that you have the ability to create Site Collections and your root-level Site via Windows PowerShell, it is time to turn our focus to Sites. Sites are where the end user spends their time in SharePoint. In many organizations, the creation of sub-Sites really falls onto the Site owners and is not in the hands of the administrators.
