Configure Web Applications

Creating the Web application is hardly ever the end of the configuration changes made by most administrators. Central Administration offers a GUI to modify the settings under General Settings, Manage Features, Managed Paths, and Service Connections. In the following sections, we will examine how to manipulate these settings through PowerShell (see Figure 7.5).
