Materials, Rendering, and Visualization

The Autodesk® Revit® Architecture software offers various opportunities for you to visualize your design in exciting ways. We’ll discuss how to set the material properties for your building information model and then view the materials in renderings. We’ll share how to access them and create compelling presentation graphics.

Being able to visualize an architectural building before completion is one of the many advantages of building a 3D model. With Revit you have the ability to apply real-world materials and observe them at different levels of abstraction, from generic shading to photorealistic rendering with physically accurate lighting.
