The Essentials and Beyond
In this chapter you completed the red rocket. Using the Line tool, you created a profile to lathe. Then, using a rectangle converted to an editable spline, you created the detail, and then using the Boolean operation finished the thruster. You learned how to use Loft, a tool that uses a combination of splines, to create the handlebars. Now that you have completed a complex 3D model using multiple techniques, it is time to apply those techniques to a model of your own. Find an object in which you can clearly see the shapes and primitives.
