Character Poly Modeling: Part III
In this chapter you will finish the model of the special operations soldier started in Chapter 7, “Character Poly Modeling: Part I,” by modeling the head shape and merging in elements for the head (such as goggles and a face mask) and integrating them into the scene. Finishing elements are critical to the veracity of a model’s design, and they can be modeled separately for ease and later incorporated into the base model.
