Michael Coffin, CCIE No. 9789, is a technical marketing engineer at Cisco Systems and currently focuses his time on Cisco Mobility products. He began his career at Cisco in the Cisco Technical Assistance Center, where he worked on troubleshooting large service provider core networks. Then moved into the Cisco IP Communications Business Unit as a CallManager escalation engineer. Mike has contributed to several design guides and white papers, worked on supporting many large Cisco IP Telephony deployments, and often provides internal and external training around the world.
