The values layer
The values layer is situated two layers below the norms layer, and although different, norms and values are intrinsically connected. In this chapter I discuss how norms relate to values. Cultural differences (within companies) arise from different norms and values. I cover different ways of dealing with cultural differences and cultural development. I then address the problems associated with this layer and the values that represent your authenticity.
