Abstract

This chapter discusses some of the many ways in which augmented reality capabilities could affect the practice of law and the function of the judicial system. Whether in gathering evidence, preparing a civil lawsuit, arguing a trial, or exercising a court’s powers, AR is likely to bring change to each step of the process.
