Building and running

Alright! We should be good to go, as follows:

  1. Be sure your device is connected and turned on, and you have granted access to the PC.
  2. In Build Settings, click on the Build And Run button to begin building. You will be prompted for a name and location for the build files.

We recommend that you create a new folder in your project root named Build and specify the file or subfolder name under that, as needed.

On macOS, your library folder may be hidden. When prompted for the SDK Root path, you can press Command+Shift+G and type ~/Library, then locate ~/Library/Android/sdk.

If all goes well, Unity will create an Android.apk file and upload it to your device. You now have a running AR app that you can show off to your friends ...
