2.4	Using Spreadsheets

Back in Section 1, I talked about organizing your information. One of the best and most compact ways to do this is with spreadsheet software.

For those of you who are already familiar with spreadsheets this will be a bit elementary, but I can’t assume that all my readers know how to use spreadsheets – or even know what they are.

Figure 2.4.1 shows what a typical spreadsheet looks like before you start using it. It is laid out lengthways to fit the page better.
