It’s possible you bought this book because you’re trying to solve an immediate problem. Think of this chapter as Frequently Asked Questions, addressing the most common concerns in postproduction sound.
Many sound problems can’t be resolved in a couple of sentences, so you’ll be directed to relevant chapters of this book. A few can’t be resolved at all; the best I can do in those cases is suggest ways to create a substitute track.
