Project Attributes

Generally, project management refers to the collective efforts of project teams or a task force of project management professionals toward accomplishing the objective(s) of a project. The mission of this task force or the project team is to perform whatever functions might be necessary in order to keep the project activities on target for the life of the project. The objective of the project might be deliverable-based such that a physical entity will be presented to the client at the conclusion of the project. Alternately, the project might be service-oriented for providing a specified ongoing service throughout the life of the project and beyond.
