On how it all started…

It all started in about 1970. I was on the training staff of Lockheed Aircraft, which is now Lockheed Martin, and I was disappointed with what we were doing with evaluation. So I complained about it, and our training director at that time asked me to chair a task force to make it better. And that is what often happens when you complain.
