Getting ready

To communicate with Azure storage, we have to:

Install Azure SDK for .NET
Create an Azure Storage account
Install two NuGet packages: WindowsAzure.ConfigurationManager and WindowsAzure.Storage

After doing that, we will be able to use all the services in Azure storage: blobs, files, queues, and tables.
