The Windows Event Viewer is often underestimated, yet it's very important for debugging ASP.NET Core application for the same reason as before--we will find most of the relevant stuff there.
To access it, open the Windows Control Panel, then go to Administrative Tools and click on the Event Viewer icon. You will find your errors--if any--within the Windows Logs | Application node:
