What's Next?

In the next chapter, we look at one of ASP.NET's most exciting components, its XML Web Services. Web Services allow our applications to connect and securely exchange data and services over the Internet. Using industry-wide accepted standards like XML and SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) which is an ASP.NET application, we are able to provide services as well as use other program's services and data.
