Chili!Soft's implementation of ASP is the most mature of the non-Microsoft alternatives. My experience with their products was good. The products installed as their instructions suggested they would, and I was able to write for my Windows NT server and then run the same code on another platform.
Chili!Soft's Chili!ASP is a complete production-quality ASP solution for large firms looking to write ASP on high-volume servers. However, if you have only a small number of users or a small bandwidth connection, the cost of Chili!ASP is somewhat prohibitive.
