About the Authors
Vikram Chakravarty is a partner with A.T. Kearney’s Singapore office and heads the strategy and corporate finance practice in Asia. He has over 15 years of consulting experience and has advised leading corporations across Asia on strategy and competitiveness issues.
Vikram has led over 60 projects in private equity, commodities, energy, industrials, consumer products, logistics, and financial industries. Prior to joining A.T. Kearney, Vikram was Monitor Co.’s Regional Director of Strategy and Competitiveness.
Chua Soon Ghee is a partner with A.T. Kearney’s Singapore office, and is a core practitioner of both the firm’s strategy practice and its communications/high-tech practice. He has over 14 years of consulting and industry experience across Asia, and is focused on advising global and Asian corporations on how to grow in Asia and run their operations efficiently.
Besides the telecommunications and electronics industry, where he spends most of his time, Soon Ghee also has experience in the automotive, logistics, and agriculture industries.
