29. Jesse Harris: Capturing the Feel of a Performance

Jesse Harris’ latest album, Feel, was a departure of sorts for the songwriter, who is best known for his contribution to Norah Jones’ Come Away with Me and Feels Like Home. He is no stranger to great songwriting, having won a Grammy for his 2003 single, “I Don’t Know Why,” as well as recently writing and recording the score for Ethan Hawke’s film The Hottest State, which featured performances of his songs from such diverse artists as Willie Nelson, Emmylou Harris, Norah Jones, Cat Power, Bright Eyes, and many others.
