The core systems that constitute CIs generate data assets in the form of event logs. The data collection component needs to gather these logs from all the components (software and hardware). Apart from the core systems, the process should also gather data from the contextual environment of the CI systems. The heterogeneous logs help with holistic analysis and more accurate and timeline resolution.
