Beatbox Hoodie

This project finds its inspiration from hip-hop music and clothing. Many rappers and MCs have made the hoodie an icon within street fashion, and I think it’s time to physically incorporate music into this garment by making the actual garment a beatbox sequencer. A sequencer is a device or software used to record, edit, or play music. The beatbox hoodie’s sounds will be programmed, but what separates the sequencer in this project from a normal one is that this sequencer will be voice activated. Rapping and beatboxing at the same time is hard, but with this hoodie you can at least bring the beat at any time.
