Chapter 6. Making PCBs

In this chapter, we change direction and instead of building a robot, we focus on the production of an Arduino board (and other electronic circuits) for use in the next few chapters. Although there are many commercially available robot parts, sometimes you either cannot find the perfect part, or it is more cost effective to build your own. This chapter covers some basic concepts to help you get started designing your own electronics circuits using a computer aided design program (CAD).
