From Brief to Project

 

Having secured a client and agreed the brief and the terms of appointment, the architect can then begin work on the project itself. Every designer will approach the beginning of a project by implementing a different strategy, based on their particular experience, their training, and the type of client. However, there are a number of stages that will be followed in order to ensure that the project is developing in response to the client’s needs and requirements.
