Error Coding Techniques

5.1 Overview

Architectural vulnerability analysis, which was described in Chapters 3 and 4, identifies the most vulnerable hardware structures that may need protection. This chapter discusses how to protect these vulnerable structures with error coding techniques. The theory of error coding is a rich area of mathematics.
