Time is a very important concept when talking about streams. Imagine you have multiple streams that have different bandwidths, or one stream is just faster than the other, or you have a scenario where you want to retry an AJAX call within a certain time interval. In all of these situations, we need to control how fast the data is being emitted, and time plays an important role in all these scenarios. At our disposal, we have a ton of operators that, like a magician, enable us to craft and control our values as we see fit.
