Appendix D. Sending Results of the Use Case Estimator

We are interested in continuing the work on estimating projects with use cases. If you try the use case estimator, we would be interested in hearing from you. Did it give you accurate results? Would you modify it? How and why?

In addition we would like a brief description of your project—for example, something like: It was a small distributed business application, with a project team of five people, two of whom were expert in object orientation with the rest new to it. The code was written in Visual Basic and used CORBA, which the whole team knew quite well.
