Measurements, Metrics, and Industry Leadership
Software measurement as discussed earlier in this book is only one of more than a dozen forms of measurement performed by large corporations and government agencies. This chapter places Applied Software Measurement in context with other forms of corporate measurement. Collectively, all forms of measurement are expensive.
