The function point sizes are speculative and based on merely reading the counting rules and the supporting documents that describe the various methods. The results are not based on actual counts using the methods. Actually counting the same application using all 20 methods would require about two weeks of work. The applications themselves, although hypothetical, are derived from actual projects studied by the author in the past.
