I have spent more than 20 years working with business users and IT staff using information and technology and have seen both raving successes and raging failures. I have been involved in building both transactional systems as well as analytic applications. Analytics is a field that I am passionate about because I have seen first-hand the impacts that effective analytics can have on the insurance industry and more importantly on our customers.
