Customer Information Management Business Service allows JungleSea to create, maintain, lookup/search, and view customer information. The application named "Green" exposes its capabilities through Enterprise Java Beans (EJB). We will have to implement the RetrieveCustomerInformation Business Service as a BPEL component.
We will use the EJB import bindings to enable the mediation flow components to invoke services provided by a Green application running on an external Java enterprise application server.
