Things Will Happen That You Don’t Want to Think About

Abstract

This chapter describes events that can happen that you don’t want to think about. Some examples of these events include the application hanging up, restarting the application, determining the cause of the outage, losing data, moving the application or server, vendor-related changes, migrating to another application package, and adding or losing a significant number of users.
