Creating Graphical User Interfaces Using Interface Builder

AppleScript Studio is a desktop application development tool, meaning that its applications can interact with the user by means of graphical user interfaces or GUIs. To create these GUIs, you use Interface Builder. Interface Builder helps you do this by providing access to a large collection of predefined interface controls that you can add to application windows using drag and drop. Once added to a window, Interface Builder allows you to move and change the size of interface controls. Using the Inspector window, you can modify the interface control’s properties and connect controls to AppleScript event handlers.
