Appendix A. Extending Your Novell eDirectory Schema

If the majority of your users are already defined in a Novell eDirectory node, you may decide to extend your eDirectory schema to provide support for attributes and object classes specifically for Apple objects.

MacEnterprise.org (http://www.macenterprise.org/) hosts detailed instructions, LDAP Data Interchange Format (LDIF) files specifically tailored for eDirectory, and a plist file for custom mappings in Directory Utility. Download the files and import the LDIFs using Novell tools.
