OS X Server for Yosemite helps your users collaborate, communicate, share information, and access the resources they need to get their work done, whether in business or in education.
OS X Server for Yosemite is an app (called “the Server app” in this guide) that runs on a Mac computer running Yosemite; if your Mac can run Yosemite, it can run OS X Server. You can use the Server app to provide services or to manage OS X Server running on a remote Mac computer.
