Common Attributes of All Tasks
Before we begin describing each of task and its unique attributes, you should be aware of a set of attributes that are common to all tasks. These (all optional) attributes are described in Table 4.1.

| Id | The unique ID for this task instance, which allows it to be referenced from other tasks. |
| taskname | Specifies an alternative name for the task instance. This will be displayed in the task’s output. |
| description | Allows you to comment tasks. |
