Chapter 2. Preliminaries
Now that you’ve had a bit of introduction to Ant, this chapter will take you through the acquisition and installation of Ant, and then through a development cycle to create a small Web application, using Ant for the build. After completing this chapter, you’ll have a working version of Ant installed on your machine, and you should be able to write a build file and actually build a simple project using it.
